I accidentally let my salinity stay at 1.21 for 2 days and all my zoas, mushrooms, and frogspawn were fine but my lobophyllia started turning white.

i guess i should add a little more saltwater then... maybe half a gallon around 1.25 so that way it equals out to like 1.24???

You should keep it at 1.024, cuz evaporation happens a lot in small tanks and it will reach 1.025 to 1.026 in no time. If you keep it at 1.026 from the start and you can't keep up with your evaporation... you might run into trouble if it spikes high above that. I kept nano tanks for a long time, in all sizes imaginable. It's been a while, but the troubles i went through with it is fresh in my head :D
