White Floating Bugs

He'll all, just wondering about these floating white bugs I found on top of my water. They swim and jump around. Kinda gross spider like.

if you are taking top down pics, yuou need to turn off all pumps and PH's, so the water will be perfectly still, which will greatly help in taking top down pics
