I have a Harlequin Shrimp happily cohabitating with a Blood Shrimp in a 29 gallon biocube with no ill effects. From past experience, I do think that coral banded shrimp can become quite territorial and aggressive towards other inverts as they grow larger; therefore, I am not sure that I would keep them all together in such a small environment.

Assuming you have more space, housing all three together should not be a problem.

I also note that feeding the Harlequin Shrimp can become costly and off-putting to some more delicate reef keepers (search for my post on this point).

Any shrimp that I had added to the tank with my Coral Banded..vanished soon afterwards.
I would be concerned about Harleys being kept with one, though I have no proof to offer that it would be a bad match but I would advise waiting until you hear from someone with a similar sized tank to say it is feasible, especially due to the price tag of Harleys.

I do have Harleys that live with my Blood Shrimp & cleaner shrimp & peppermints and there is no issue with them in the same tank.

I think coral bandeds are pretty hit or miss. I have a rather large one and a few peppermints in my 24g and everything is peachy. However, I do know of people who have had other shrimps completely annihilated by coral bandeds. I don't have any experience other than keeping peppermints with it, but I would be wary of adding the harleys, just to be on the safe side. Though, it seems to me that they only go after things about their body size and smaller, because I've seen them in systems with cleaners/bloods. (Don't use this observation as a go-ahead to put the harleys because I really don't know, it's just an isolated incident that I have experienced). I'm actually considering giving away my coral banded because he is always in his cave, and I never get to see him except for <3min when I feed. I'd rather have something else that spends more time out in the open (like a few sexy shrimp), but there's no doubt that he would:eat:
