Is a 18W 6500K bulb sufficient for happily growing cheato in the fuge?

Thanks guys. I have a fixture whose bulb went out. When i went to Home Depot the only bulb I could find was 18W with 6500k and I wanted to make sure that it would suffice for growing my cheato?
