Question about water change

I would like to know if a water change can be done with poland spring water ? Is it safe and can it be done ?

it's the same as tap water..same tds reading atleast by me I actually tested it out of curiousity. I think it was around 30-40

Target sells Market Pantry water. That would be better.

I've used both the poland spring water and the target brand water ( which is RO) and have had no ill effects from either.

If it's Poland Spring distilled water, then yes. If it's regular spring water, no.

mind as well use free tap water or just get an r.o unit

Poland Spring Distilled water is just fine to use.

I was using walmart water when I had my 12g. It always had a TDS of 0 and its pretty cheap. I think its the one with the green cap.
