I have a 28gallon nano stock tank. I have all the usual parameters.

I have a snowflake clown and a true perc.
asst corals, hermits and a cleaner shrimp.

I had a royal grammer that had it first and I took him out and he died when I put him in a hyper salinity solution. (I read on here I can do that)

but anyway am concerned about the snowflake and the perc. What should I do? The royal grammer had it for a week and then it died tewo days ago. now the other 2 fish have it and it appeared overnight. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is my suggestion:

If your water params are truly in order AND your positive its ich not marine velvet your clowns should survive (assuming they are eating great and you don't have some other external factor causing stress such as a broken heater, etc).

This means you have time to read the information here: http://www.manhattanreefs.com/forum/search.php?searchid=2267437

After you read this info devise a plan to deal with it that suits you best. Than I'd post your plan here to get feedback to be sure what you are doing is okay.

Tru perc just kicked it. While i was reading all the ich posts he went belly up on the top so i put him down (overnight he got ich and died) The snowflake is breathing heavy and hiding. FYI i moved my tank to another room 2 days ago. the purpose of the move was a better spot and since i wanted to take the grammer out it was a good time to pull the rock work out.

i read up on Marine Velvet, the fish don't have any gold spots and there gills aren't bleeding. The fish had white spots all over it kinda crusty like. The snowflake that is left isn't showing any white spots yet. If it's not ich or marine velvet what other factors could it be? You said my system might be off. What should i look at or for?

Yes. If at all possible I'd treat the fish with cupramine in a separate tank. That's your only hope for saving the two fish you have left. If it were me, I'd go buy a 10 gallon tank and put pieces of LR and water from my DT in it (LR that I didn't mind never using again but as much as I could put in the 10 gal). Treat the clowns in that system. Monitor the ammonia and copper levels with a good test kit. In two weeks with cupramine your clowns will be clean. However, leave your display tank fishless for AT LEAST 6 weeks. Longer is better. At this point you're better off being safe rather than sorry.

The best advice i was given was to take the fish out and place them in a qt tank with no substrate and treat them with you choice of ich treatments there, with regular large water changes. keep them there till the ich cycles itself out of the tank...6 weeks i believe (somebody correct me if im wrong) with the fish out of the tank the ich parasites die off and cant repoduce to complete their life cycles. im not sayin this is a cure all but it sure as heck helped me out.
