I have a 25 gallon 18" cube tank. I have a hot magnum filter and 1 koralia 240 from my previous 12 gallon. I think I need more flow in my tank. Am I right? Would one more koralia 240 be enough. My corals are various hammers, zoos, mushrooms, Duncan, scans, etc...

If the MP10 is a little pricey for you I would go with a Koralia 425 or whatever the size is they make now around that. The 240 is for a smaller tank like a 10 gallon or under.

Those would be preferences... flow will help, however just get whatever you can currently afford.
If you feel you really need more flow in a 25 gallon tank... but keep in mind that you may overpower what you currently have in the tank and make things a bit more shocking by adding too much flow. You want currents... not a hurricane in your tank.

i was wrong. i am a bit worried because i re-scaped the tank and lowered everything down. I moved the powerhead down slightly however my hammers are in different sections and neither are getting much flow. also, the flow isn't really getting broken up. the flow out of the powerhead isn't enough to cut across the flow from the filter so the water is moving in a circular motion on the top rather than a sporadic motion.

i'm also getting a light scum on the top of the water around the edges. people keep telling me that it is because i don't have a skimmer. what is it and is a skimmer the only way to get rid of it?

Hard to believe that you need more flow.
I have an Aquapod (24 gallon) and I find it has too much flow just with what comes with the tank. I spend a lot of time figuring out how to reduce flow. Hammers need to sway but they don'y like being whipped around. I have one hammer that barely moves it is is growing very nicely.
