So I'm in Sandusky Ohio working at a camera show with my dad. Last night we went to a restaurant that had a FO tank. They had a hippo tang, yellow tang, royal gramma, chocolate chip starfish, and a cleaner shrimp. The royal gramma was not active at all, it just hid in a rock hole the whole time. The hippo tang looked like it was losing color and turning a white-ish color on the bottom. The yellow tang was te lightest colored yellow tang I have ever seen. They had PC lights and a sump. I am just curious what could make the fish so sickly...? The tank was pretty clean although you could definitely tell it didnt have the dedicated care of a committed aquarist.

Poor diet most likely. just because the water/tank appear clean dosnt mean the water quality is. test the levels in the tank if your able to and find out what there being fed. good luck
