ID Please - Some sort of Nudibranch

Hey all -

Found this in my tank today , not sure if its reef safe or what type of nudibranch it is.

I saw it a few weeks back and by the time i came back with a cup to put it in it was gone

Any Ideas????

Afraid to put it back in my tank with all my coral

Thats the thing, i'm not sure if its a Nudibranch because it doesn't have the feathery thing on the back

regardless as cool as it looks I would not put it back in the tank. Nudis eat corals.

Joe, I had the same thing. Would show up occasionally on the front glass. I could not id it. Went through hundreds of pics on various sites. I grabbed him one day and flushed him. I agree with triggerman, I would rather be safe than sorry..............

if ur going to the swap bring it and i will take it and throw it in my seahorse tank, i put all odd balls in there

That looks like a sea slug, and they don't all have feathery appendages on their backs.

Sorry, I had to get that out of my nostrils and flick that at your tank when you weren't lookin.
