Lighting for 56 gallon marineland

My tank's dimensions are 30Lx18Wx24H...2 inch sand bed. Starting as FOWLR but would like to add some corals recommended for beginners.

1) Do I follow the tank size, when it comes to watts/gallon or do I go with how much water is actually in the tank?

2) Will this lighting fixture supply adequate lighting?

Advise, honest opinions and or redirections welcomed. Thanks

I would try and find a 6 bulb because of the height of the tank you may need a bit more than that can provide.

The problem is I can't find a good 6 bulb t5 for a 30" tank. I did find these. Four 30" bulbs at 31 watts each. Slightly better than the first I mentioned.
