Im FINALLY blessed with Algea

Ok so yesterday night i was up setting up my heater for my tank. When i noticed these green spots all over my sand and rock and powerheads. Im like what the heck is that then im thinking to myself saying oh sh** its algea lol. So now my journey starts with me and algea fighting make the fair fighter win lol.

No the algea in my tank is growin everywhere and fast too. I even counted all the spots lol 200 spots even more lol j.k

What are u using for the algea and what colors are those spots your talking bout?

Weekly water changes a little phosphate media and some carbon don't go crazy trying to fight it unless it doesn't go away which it shouldn't if you're up to date on maintenance. Have patience though, Rome wasn't built in a day.

For right now im not really payin attention at the maintance im goin to let it cycle more till i get my cuc. After that happen thats where im gonna be doing all the maintance. If u see it my way it doesnt matter for rite now since the tank isnt running nothin alive.
