I got it about 7 months ago. The fans turn but ever since my dad decided to renovate the house it got really dusty and the fans are kinda loud. Other than that there is absolutely nothing wrong.
I upgraded to halides recently.

Bought for 180 selling for 100.00. It just sits there now.
