What that? An Aiptasia is a type of anemone, but these aren't the common nuisance aiptasia

I would say on average, they reproduce about the same speed as zoo's. With better lighting, they get more thicker and bigger. With weaker lighting, they look about half the size compared to my pic. Colors are also better with better lighting ofcourse.

As for the stinging, I would say the zoo's they're next to aren't the happiest as you can see some of them half closed from the anemone. I've never had them next to anything else so use your own judgement/caution.

note on tulips:They can be a pest due to their fast rate of growth/reproduction, but do not worry as they do not pack a coral killing punch like Aiptasia.
