Hello,
This is used, probably needs new filters. (the 2 carbon filters need to be replaced at least. Not sure about the rest, sediment filter looks pristine white.) The two DI stages on top have clear housings, so you can see color change. Also comes with the pictured OPENED bad of DI resin.

As I mentioned the resin has been opened. The guy I bought it from gave it to me, you can have it if you want.
