Is 3+ heads, best I can tell it’s currently 3 heads possible splitting into 4 or 5. Bought it directly as a single head from Frank Mancini. Local pick up only in Flatiron district on Manhattan NY. Apologies that the pics aren’t great, the new iPhones giant 3 cameras don’t fit on my filters.
