280g tank - everything free

It is with much sadness that I must dismantle my aquarium.

It is a functioning 280g Tenecor. 8' long acrylic.

approx 50 lb of live rock
4 yellow tang fish
2 percula clowns
7 damsels - 4 black and white striped, 3 blue

polar bear chiller - serviced last October
red sea skimmer
2 little giant pumps

Hamilton lights
neptune controller and sensors

Haven't been through this before but I would like to give away the live rock then the livestock first. Then ideally all the equipment in one shot. Everthing is free, but I can't give you any equipment until the livestock is gone, and I would prefer someone to take the whole thing as a functioning aquarium.
