FS: Live Rock and Live Sand - Cheap

I just broke down my 150 gallon tank and I have about 80lbs of live rock that i am not keeping. some pieces hve mushrooms and zoas over them. $2.00 a lb. I also have two and a 1/2 buckets of Live Sand for sale too. I'm selling the live sand for $30 for each bucket and $15 for the 1/2 bucket. Each bucket is about 60lbs+.

I need to get rid of these items ASAP. PM me for arrangements.
