Hawaiian Belted Wrasse

Belted Wrasse (male--.Stethojulis balteata ). picked him up for $120 asking $60.

He isn't bothering any inverts or corals in tank, just scooping up sand and spitting it out. (all over the corals--I'm tired of blowing everything off)
The pics don't do him any justice, too fast moving to get a picture of. --He is taking all frozen foods offered such as krill, mysis, brine etc. doesn't seem interested in flakes.



If interested I live at exit 66 off LIE. Fish and fish trap cooperating.. I'd like to have him gone sooner rather than later. Please if you are interested and we set up a time to pick the fish up be sure that it doesn't change because I'd hate to trap the fish and then have to retrap all over again.. as I do not have anyplace to keep the fish until he is picked up other than a bucket (the fuge won't work).

He isn't really wrecking things... just blowing more sand around than I'm used to. He picks up sand and spits it right on my carpet anemone... why that piece, idk... probably because he knows it's Craigs favorite piece and it's my favorite fish. lmao

I got him at Suffolk County Fish and Reef (or whatever the name is off the LIE)-- I wasn't able to find one before and I don't care to buy fish off the net. So we got him while we could. I whined enough to Craig so... he is staying... lol That is unless someone wants to offer more than we paid... j/k!!!! :tongue1:
