Purple tip cap/ green birds nest/ blue tort

The cap is a piece that just broke off from a crab then just went in one of the swirls its about three inches wide. I have to trace this origin. I think its a steve tryree . It was given to me through someone that got it from a person named konrad I will contact him to find out.
