yup don worry too much sometimes it takes quite a while before you see them opening again and from wat I was told in my LFS, they said that when a sun coral is puffed up, it indicates that it is healthy and normal even though they are sometimes flat to the rock too. hope this helps! :D

ermm but why don't we try it with an anemone?(maybe there is a reason to not putting the anemone so my apologists if I said something wrong.)

forgotten to add look under soft corals and then gorgonians you should know anyway jus in case you can't find where it is I am refering to.

I have a great site which will help you choose your first anemone and don't worry too much bout anemone eating fish cos usually this doesn't happen usually the fish only get stung by the anemone won't really kill your fish I guess and most other fish will avoid the anemone of cos not for anemone...

does calcium has anything to do with preserving the bubble tip? cos I have read something about adding calcium for bubble tipp anemones.

the layer I was talking about is now coming off and its polyps are expanding too :D and should I help it remove the coating or jus let the leather do it itself?

yup having a clownfish does seem to make the anemone keep its bubbles but it is more like that clownfish will increase the chance of the anemone reproducing instead. anyway thax and hope that we can continue this discussion or maybe when you have prove your theory show us some pics :D

done some searching already, most of which they say is bout your water quality but didn't specify wat. or maybe anyone know that if any supplement could benefit them? if so pls post it here so that everyone not only be could have a look thax!!! :D
