I put SD in my tank and it seems to clump up at the top. I have a Fighting Conch to sift through it but I still get a lot of clumps. Is this normal? Thanks

Like I said I haven't had mine very long but so far so good. It came with a broken valve. I called them and they popped another one in the mail that same day!!! I got the home/reef system. I don't have any water pipes by my tank.

I got mine from airwaterice.com and it's a 50 gpd and it was around $180. I haven't had it long but so far I'm happy with it.

I'd look around for a water source. I had the same problem when I lived in an apartment. I found a health food place that sold RO water. trust me it's worth it... drip it pretty slow.. I dripped about 1 drop ever few seconds.

I used it with great results.. make sure you place it in a place where you get good circulation. I didn't have many corals so I don't know how reef safe it is. Are you RO/DI water? I used the Kent then stoped using tap water and haven't had the problem since. Good Luck
