recently I've been trying use food as an incentive to get my fishes to quit hiding and swim out more
my two tangs (my prize fishes) always hide when someone approaches therefore leaving...

i was just wondering...
i'm going to LA this summer and i'm planning to go scuba diving for the 1st time...
done a little research and people said you need to get certified OPEN WATER...
wondering if you can do that here... instead of wasting vacation time... if you can? where around new york
i have never seen live ones therefore i have a couple of question..
do they really clean? or should i say clean effectively
are they cool ?? heard they do good in groups therefore looking to get 3 of them
they small ? if correctly recall, they say its around 1-2 inch
woke up this morning and on the way out to classes..
i see my yellow tang dead on the sand...
and then i see my FAVORITE FISH naso tang
i look around and then my flame angel all on the sandbed..
the rest of the fish was gasping for air in the morning...
apparently the power went out during...
thanks for all those that have given me tips on how to setup my 180.. jackson and chris to name a few
heres what i got so far on my ideal 180g

As you might of read, I'm going to upgrade my tank to a 180G... anyways I just want to ask those that are familar or own the copper butterflyfish or naso tang some questions
for copper butterflyfish... according to liveaquaria.com they are listed with caution with reef safe tanks...
I've heard...
Going to get 3 250W MH with 10k bulbs...
Just wondering, for a supplement to put the blue for the dawn/dusk effect... is there a regular NO flouscent actinic light compared to the VHOs ?
