You may have to change your lighting and increase flow for an all SPS tank plus other things. What equipment are you using?

If you have a browned out monti already that's not a good sign since montis are usually easier to keep.

+1 on equipment especially lighting. also how often do you do water changes? also readings of your tank parameters. with sps, you will want to have good lighting ,aggressive skimming, consistent water changes, and up keep with carbon and GFO. also keep in mind your tank temperatures and ph readings. if you have large temp swings and ph swings sps tend to get stressed. all things to thin about.

Bring alk to 8.0-9.0 first, then upgrade your lighting to 250w or something that par reading and keep tank temp at 78-80 and you head in right direction. Keep up with water changes every 2 weeks

175w will keep most sps from middle towards the top but some of the more light demanding sps will need a little more light, and would definately get more flow, not meaning just add more powerheads but get high flow powerheads

Start with beginner sps I love birdsnest and stylo they r colorful if u can get them to grow try some acros
Few things that need to be kept stable
Temp
Salinity
Cal
Alk
Ph
FYI it took me a while to learn how to keep cal and alk stable I was so concerned with that I never relized that my salinity was low until I recently got a refractometer I recommend getting one if u don't have one! Also another thing I wish I got a long time ago is a controller of some kind to control the temp in the tank! Just my experience
