Just have a question to all of you guys...
I can't complain about my green slimer color (I think) the polyps are fine, but this coral starts dying from the bottom and I have no idea why...
It's very slow process not like usualy few days and coral is gone this one is dying very slowly from about one month...
Here is a pic how it looks right now:

Angelo I'm running led light, 4x50w cannons pendant I have two 12.000k and two Roy Blue 453nM these are installed about 20" above the water surface for better coverage cause bottom of my tank is 48"x30" and only 22" high so other reason is to not burn corals.
The garf bonsai is on the top of my aqua scape and doing well, valida is in the middle of the tank and keep coloration and grow from months w/o any problems.
Slimer when I got that mini colony was on the sand then after month I moved it little bit higher (6-7") almost valida high and it starts growing so fast... Then about month ago I realized white spod on the bottom so I moved it back on the sand but after week or so it start loosing juicy green color and keep dying so decided to place it back where it was before. Colors came back as you can see on the pics but didn't stop dying :(
My parameters are ok
Ca 430
Mg 1350
Alkalinity 8.2
pH 8.10-8.20
Temp 78.7-79.3
Don't know other parameters cause I stop using everything, removed phosban reactor, bio-pellet reactor, stop dosing zeovit products... I'm tired of using that stuff, more invested in nice toys, (zeovit products, bio pellets etc.) more corals died.
Only decent protein skimmer (BK 200 mini) and water changes once a week (20 gal).
Most people have simple setups and sps growing like crazy.
I styrylized my water few months ago and lost few thousands in sps.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I really like this slimer and don't want to watch him dying...

I would dip the coral to make sure but
By the way the pic looks I smell AEFW!!!

Jarrett I got flatworm exit and applied some time ago tomorrow gonna do it again in case some bastards are in my water, the only idea coming to my head is to deep this slimer in iodine (40 drops/gal)
and see what gonna happen.
By the way what's AEFW?

AEFW
acropora eating flat worm

i agree i suggest you dip the coral to make sure. I am battling them right now. my coral frags looked great and had color but parts of them where dying off. It started with one of my colonies first than even spread to the frags. I left it untreated and everything sles took a turn for the worst.
- If all other parameters is in check and your water husbandry is good
my first suggestion for is to check the coral by removing it from the tank and inspect for AEFW eggs around the dead part of the coral. then dip it in a clear glass or container to see if anything comes off. i used revive dip and the worms fall right off
