He brought 2. I got the smaller piece but it was RTNing at the swap so he just gave it to me. There is a 1/4 in nub left but its holding on for now. Next few days will tell if it will live

It wasnt a 3/4 more like 1 1/4. But it was freshly cut. Its still hanging in there though

It looks very similar to the red planet. Coralites are the same and color is very similar. If it does die I most likely wont purchase a new one because they are so similar

Yeah looks good so far but you can see how much it receeded. Thats why JF gave it to me for free. It was a hit or miss on the survival. When i think its strong Ill cut that part off and put it in a spot

Yeah I got a little POed because I asked him for it over a month before the swap and I wanted a nice piece and I got a 1" piece and the frag of it next to mine was 10x bigger and healed. Oh well he still gave me a good deal and a couple others for a sweet deal and he made up for it

That does not look like the del fuego plus they only go for about 60 bucks for a 1in frag. I can care less about it being encrusted because I chop off the branch and throw the encrusting part in the garbage
