If you haven't already, www.frags.org currently has about 3 pages of coral available in the Pennsylvania area. There's a good chance one of those members has what you're looking for. Obtaining captive raised pieces from locals is the best option. USPS Express Mail would also be overnight within state.

I have a lot of frags in my 500G frag tank ;-) Unfortunatley I am not too much into shipping.

If you are interested there will be frag swap hosted by North Central PA reefers (NCPARS) in State College, PA on April 12th. Its not too far from Pittsburgh and we always have several people from Pittsburgh come up for that swap.
