Thanks guys, I have been reading on liveaquaria, RC and reef.org. I have a book, but I am looking for sites with pictures so that I can have a visual reference and learn to ID them.

Dean, can you send me some links plz?

SPS books can be helpful sometimes but there is nothing like seeing SPS systems in person. Taking a close look at the plumbing, seeing the brightness of lighting, getting a feel for the flow by seeing coral polyps move around, seeing a quality skimmer in action, observing coral colors etc...That will be your best learning experience.

That's not a bad idea Jackson. Anyone willing to show me their tank?? If you want I can come with my camera equipments to photograph all your tank contents. I do photography on the side. I mean my other hobby beside reefing. :D

The book "corals" mentioned before is great. its probably the best coral book i've read. great pictures and methods of care. highly recommended
