I find the smaller aquariums fascinating. I'd love to see pictures of peoples Nano SPS / Mixed reefs (40 and below). Please post details about your setup along with photos.

Here is my Nano Cube: The SPS are growing and show very good colour. Due to the Auto top up and Temp controller, things are pretty stable.

Equipment are as follows:

150w Phoenix 14K Halide running on custom fitted Electronic Ballast
16 x Cree Royal Blue LED's @ 700mA
1 x UV LED @ 700mA
Ecotech Marine Vortech MP10
2010 version Tunze Osmolator
TC-10 temp/cooling controller

Here are some coral photos, some were taken under the LED's only others with both lights running.

The next photo shows an SPS which completly browned out when it first went into my tank. I then added the LED's to boost the light and also started to to run GFO in the media container of the tank. The purple tips are deeper and brigther than what the photo shows:

Another shot of it:

I couldnt get away from LPS corals, so just had to buy this plate coral: It does have the lovely blue tips which look awesome under the Royal Blues.

My elegance coral: It has a lovely green/cyan colour with pink tips.

I am so happy with this next coral. It was bought it as completly brown under the LED's and halide it has turned a deep blue/purple on the areas exposed to the light. This coral is located on the side of the tank where the halide is weakest, but LED's are located more of less above it. The photo's dont do this coral any justice. The coral has coloured so well that even out of the water the blue/purple parts look blue/purple.

This is another coral which under the RB LED's is turning a green colour from being all brown.

This coralfrag was a bit browny/green when bought, but colured up nicely after the LED's went in and I started to use GFO: It now has excellent poly extension as well. Its one of m fav frags.

A nice shot showing my ugy clam. It is so drab brown looking, but I bought it as it had been sitting in the LFS for weeks and looked extremely healthy:

Another shot of the plate coral and GSP. The GSP looks awesome under the LED's only and simply glows radioactive neon green:

A nice side shot. Due to the curved design of the tank, taking focused shots of the front is extremely hard even with the best lens on my Nikon DSLR:

Yet another acro that is looking awesome and has nice polyp extention:

And finaly an FTS: Its hard to capture colours and get the exposure correct. The curved glass is realy annoying for photography:
