red legged hermot crabs are reef safe right? cause it looks like it was pickin at my corals and how about a cushion stra fish is that reef safe too?

Scarlet hermit crabs - they are fine, was probably eating either dead tissue or algae on your corals, or food that was stuck on the corals, but no, they do not eat corals
Pin Cushion starfish - no, don't add it to a reef tank..they will eat coral tissue

Why do you want to ad a star? How new is the tank?

i think thats wat i have its a big star fish ive had him for along time i just did corals to my tank

note: red legged hermit crabs & Scarlet hermit crabs look similar but not the same. scarlets r red all over, red leg, just the legs r red.
