Sunday afternoon my rbta did not come out, it usually extends to about 6" allowing my clowns to play around and feed it. At first I thought nothing of the situation since I had checked all water params two days before and everything was good. On monday afternoon my son asked why the rbta was so small to which I replied, "it does that sometimes." Then I went and took a look and was amazed at finding two rbta's in different locations.
here're a few pics

this tank is an 8gal biocube I setup because I wanted to make sure that the rbta got fed properly. what i did was add a few pieces of rock from my 120 and a 5lb bag of sand.there are minimal modifications to the tank:

bioballs where removed and replaced by small pieces of live rock.
filter cartdrige removed and replaced with a small canister filter with carbon and phosban. and a hydro rotation was added to direct water flow in a sporadic pattern. when first setup I added a nano koralia which was removed when the anemone was placed.
water changes are about 1gal every 12 days and top off is about a cup of rodi a day.
pics will follow.
