Hello,
Since purchasing BRS's 5 stage RODI with drinking water kit (2 + years ago), I've never been able to get it working properly.
Whenever I run RODI water, or use drinking water from the RO kit, water always leaks out of hole in the air gap faucet. It seems like it's the discarded water. BRS told me to clean the "black" hose as it was probably clogged (tried that and it didn't work), next, they told me to replace the faucet (that didn't work either).
I make RODI water when my wife's at work, so I haven't been screamed at for a while. My mother-in-law is coming for the holiday's and always uses the drinking water faucet. I already hear her asking "why's the sink leaking". I want to avoid that conversation.
Any ideas? I was thinking about trying to see if the "black" hose was clogged again. But, it's such a PITA I don't want to do it unless I know it'll work.
