can anybody id this equipment

friend of mine rents out apts. recently he called me and said a tenant left behind sw equipment. cant figure some of it out as it looks like old stuff. assume this is a sump or a fuge but no markings except for brand name amiricale. also had this ph in it, via aqua 1300. anyone point me in the right direction on this stuff

It's a Amiracle Hang on wet/dry filter. What is missing in the skimmer and the bio-balls. There should also be another pump, which runs the skimmer.
