OK, so I have damaged 3 corals in the past 2 weeks by keeping them too close to each other and/or having hermits pushing them around. I was wondering if anyone uses any type of divider between corals to keep them from attacking each other.
Thanks in advance!

Ok, so far I have learned the hard way that acans cannot touch chalices and micros; birdsnests cannot touch chalices. I am going to cut up some soda bottles and use the rings to "contain" the corals.

If the coral warfare is chemical as the title of this thread suggests, running carbon will reduce/eliminate its effects. The chemicals are released into the water column, so placing "fighting" corals apart from each other will have minimal effect as they will still suffer from the chemicals in the water.
