cloudy water

New established tank. Recent water change added some baking soda to raise ph on advice
and now water appears green almost. Live stock is okay and healthy. Any help on how to fix. Please advise

Could be a drastic PH swing.? I have seen Irish Reefs setup first-hand. The livestock appears healthy but the tank looks like Boston Harbor. Matt, what was the PH Increase befroe and after adding baking soda? Anyone else have any experience with this?
