Cyanobacteria all went away

Last week, my Icecap burned out (water damage). So for that time until yesterday, I've been running without my 4 110W VHO's. Cynao started to develop of the substrate, slowly but consistently. Coincedentally, my chiller needed servicing, and was taken offline 3 days ago. Temp (usually 79-82) reached 86+ without the chiller. As a result, I had a mass cyano bloom throughout the tank.

Reinstalled the two components yesterday. ALL the cyano are gone today. Nothing else was altered. You interpret

My interpretation...

Your reef had less light. The higher-light organisms stopped or slowed down their consumption of food (nitrate, potassium, etc...). The result was more food in the water column. Cyano is opportunistic and it was able to outcompete the other organisms in the new environment. You restored the old environment, reef critters consumed all available nutrients and the cyano died out.
