What brand and type of food do you guys recommend and why, pellet or flake?

On a more serious note, I prefer to feed pellets over flakes...just seems more "filling" to me. I have so many different brands, I couldn't guess which the fish like more. I also feed lots of "frozen foods" including mysis, cyclop-eeze and Rod's Foods.

I feed my fish a well balance diet of foods, including a lot of greens for my Tangs, Rabbitfish and Angels. For my large fish, Eels, Triggers and Groupers, they also get a more meatier diet too. I also feed a lot as the fish are pretty large.

I feed a number of things starting with:

Flake & Pellets:
OSI Spirulina Flake
Spectrum Thera A Pellets
Nori Sheets

Frozen:
Formula I & II
Silver Sides
Shrimp
Fish(Grouper/Salmon)
Clam

I usually spot feed my corals, so frozen works best.

Corals:
Mysis Shrimp
cyclop-eeze(frozen & pellets)
