In-Tank Refugium

I have a 60G. How big of an in-tank refugium would I need? How much chaeto would I need to really make an impact?

What is a simple way of making an in-tank refugium. I know I can buy one for about 40 bucks from foster and smith. Anyone make their own? Any pics?

Always start off with a small amount and let it get bigger.Never start big cause you're asking for a crash.
