lighting for 220 gallon tank

Hey everyone. Im in the middle of getting ready to upgrade and was wondering for a 220 gallon tank, 72x24x30 perfecto tank. if i was to purchase the coralife aqua light pro 250x3 with 4x pc would this be good lighting for the tank? i want to grow anything that i like and not be limited. i love clams on the sand bad and keeping corals also down on the sand bad. thanks everyone in advance.

I would go with 400w lights.

I would think you need the 400W in their own fixture, you can do half with the 400 and half with T5's
