My Banggai has a hole in his head!! HELP!

I hope somebody can help me. I just got a new Banggai on Wednesday from an on-line company. He and his companion got tied up in the East Coast blizzard and arrived late on the second day instead of early on the first day. They were still warm but it was a long ride. The other Banggai was dead but this one eats great, swims regular patterns and seems healthy and happy. But, I just noticed tonight - he has a big gaping hole in the middle of his forehead. It is freaking me out - I can see right into his head. Has anybody seen this before? What should I do? The company says wait and see because he is eating, etc., but I feel so sorry for him. Please somebody respond because I am freaking out here.

dietary issue. Respond by feeding flakes soaked in Selcon. Also feed shreeded carots, and brocolli stalks. - mark
