I'm considering buying a Pacific Long Tentacle Anemone/Tomato clown pair, but I'm not sure if my tank is adequate for it. I've done some searches on LTA care and my only concern is that they seem to favor a sandy substrate (I have aragonite gravel) plus something in the substrate to attach itself to. This is per Dr. Ron's instructions. I'd like to know if these conditions are absolutlely required. Has anyone here successfully kept an LTA in a sand-less tank?

Quick responeses are appreciated as I want to make the purchase today before someone else does!

TIA!

Sounds good. Just make sure that you have intense lighting.

What is the size of your tank?
Are you using only live rock and sand?
How many months has your tank been up and running?
What lighting do you have in your tank?
