This store does not use copper in their retail fish tanks.
How many stores can make that claim?

You think..... BTW all of the 4 SW stores in my area don't use copper in their retial tanks, maybe I am lucky or maybe they just know what they are doing.

I have never used copper
or any other medication in my tanks either,
and am sure that many others do not also.
There is no need for it.

I agree with you, that there is no need to run copper in any stores retail
tanks.

But, I hate to tell you that a lot of stores use the practice of running copper in their systems as an cheap insurance policy.

We the consumer/hobbiest get the short end of the stick.

BUYER BEWARE!

I'm not saying 100% of stores use this practice, but their are a heck of a lot of them out.

So, when I come across a good store, I'm going to talk about them.
