Nurse sharks - not for home aquariums, right?

Hi,

I was just browsing a website: http://www.aquatic-reflections.com and I noticed a nurse shark (caribbean) for sale. It's already 1 1/2 feet long.

Anyway, I'm new (haven't even set up my own reef yet) and I haven't seen any heated debates about sharks, but heck, anyone care to comment?

This website/store is near where I live. At first, I thought it might be a nice resource, but I don't think I would want to make purchases from a store that has bad conservation practices.

Nurse sharks (Ginglymostoma
sp.) can grow to over 10 feet in length. Some species do stay a small 3-5 feet. As a speices, not a hard shark to maintain given it's sessile behavior and easy food demands. Not particularly sensitive to electromagnetic fields like some of the pelagic sharks. But because of their size, you'll need a 10,000 gallon aquarium to happily husband one. If you've got it, go for it

Otherwise, keep them in the ocean.
