Optimal PAR values for LED lighting:

Can anyone tell me what the Optimal PAR values need for each type of system listed below?

SPS dominant
LPS dominant
Mix dominant
softy dominant

I fully understand that this is rather subjective question but its a starting point.

Depends on the type of coral and there can be differences within each group. A good ballpark figure is to shoot for 200 on your sand bed. Obviously a deeper tank will have higher par values up top as the light needs to be stronger to punch through a deeper tank.
