Sundial snail and dip?

I caught this sundial snail messing with one of my zoa,I notice a polyp didnt open for a day or two,so I look close and find one of these little effers toss em.. I use coral rx on everything and use as per instructions.. do these things survive the dip? How much dip can I safely add without harm to the coral.. I do like 2 capefulls per gallon inspect blast rinse the whole routine .. Now I have to keep checking for these damn things at night.

on zoa's do a temp and ph adjusted fw bath for about 5 minutes or so this will knock about everything off and gently swirl here and there, i add a drop or two of iodine when doing this as well
