there are so many ranges on the price of bulbs depending on manufacturer - to ask a blanket statement like that doesn't hlp us vendors help you.

What temperature are you looking for? 12k? 10k? etc - are you partial to certain bulbs types, For instance, Aqualine Bushke or Hamiltons? know what maker and what color temp you want can help us price them out for you.
