-Sponge filter for an overflow box-

I need the complete assembly of the inner sponge (if there is one) for an overflow box.
I have an Amiricle.
Right now it's just a hole. I laid a sponge filter on top, but it's restricting the flow somewhat.
If anyone has one that they're not using......I'd buy it.
