WTB Return pump 600 - 700 GPH

Looking to buy a return pump for my new bow front setup. the ocean runner 3500 i bought is just too powerful for the 1" drain in the overflow.
I am looking for a Quiet one 3000, ehiem, Mag7 or something similar
something with a 3/4" outflow would be great.

Well I will be having a 630 gph cap 1800 pump for you once I upgrade? Actually, how much does that ocean runner push, maybe we can barter if the pump is good enough. I need something, max at like 1200 -1250 gph
