New frags of zoas one not opening

Hey I bought 4 frags of zoas off a member here on mr about a month 3/4 weeks ago. 3 out of the 4 opened up and are doing wonderful. I have several other zoas in my tank all doing wonderful and growing. Just this one zoa frag will not open. I have moved it about 3 times to see if it would open under different light. But still nothing.
Does anyone have any ideas what to do at this point with it? How long can it live being closed before it dies?

flow? thats the only reason i could think of if all others are open but not that one.

They are right in the same sea as the others. I don't think flow is an issue. But I might add another pump anyway. Can't hurt.
