An exotic looking Acropora with rounded corallites and smooth elongated branches. Axial corallites form blunt and rounded branch ends. Corallite edges can develop a bright green pigment edge, while axial corallites develop unique patterns of green pigment. Branches and corallites of the Vikings Revenge Acropora can develop a solid purple blue coloration. This pigmentation develops better with moderate to strong light, with moderate water current, in a stable environment and on a healthy growing coral. Photo and text courtesy of Reeffarmers.
