I cna't take a picture of this thing, but I'll try to explain it. Any thoughts as to what it is are appreciated. This creature is about the length of elbow macaroni and is opaque with a tinge of purple. At first I thought it was the beginning of a coraline circle, but changed my mind when I saw that it has two tentacles that retract at it's will. These tentacles are about the width of a piece of thread and are about 6in. in length when they are fully out (usually they're out at night). It's body (for lack of a better term) is virtually flat with only a slightly raised area.
I know it would be better if I had a picture, but I don't own the right kind of camera. If anyone has any ideas please enlighten me. Thanks.
